We purposely mixed ingredients that are moisturizing, antifungal and calming. Massage onto clean, dry feet until fully absorbed. For extra-deep moisturizing, put on a pair of clean socks and let the cream soak in overnight.
As an aromatherapy bonus, you can rub the cream into your hands and then cup your hands over your nose, breathing deeply and intentionally to further increase the relaxing and calming effect from the essential oils.
